    THINGS TO KNOW

    Women of Faith.  The annual woman of faith conference will be held in
    Indianapolis on August 1 and 2.  Contact Leanne Purdy or the church office
    if you are interested in registering for this weekend conference.  
    Tickets need to be ordered as soon as possible.

    Sunday Night Bible Study.  Steve Robertson is leading a Bible Study on
    Sunday evenings for anyone interested.  He is looking at "Stories of the
    Bible."

    Preschool Registrations for 2008-2009.  Registrations are open for the
    upcoming school year.  Contact any of the Preschool teachers (Miss Dee,
    Miss Leanne, or Miss Ammity), or the church office.  Please return forms

    Book Club.  The Spiritual Growth Team will be recommending a book the first of
    May.  If you would like to read a challenging book, consider "The Jesus Way" by
    Eugene H. Peterson.  Andy is using this book as one of the sources for his current
    sermon series.

    Family and Friends Camp Out for Cayuga Christian Church.  Thursday, July 3
    through Sunday, July 6 at Hanging Rock Christian Assembly.  Bring your RV or
    tent or stay in the Dorms.  Contact Dave Nesbitt or Matt Porter for more
    information.

    Help for Hanging Rock.  We are looking for volunteers to help treat the Gazebos
    and Zip Line Tower at Hanging Rock with water sealer.  We will be working on
    this project on Monday, May 12.  This will involve minimal experience.  We will be
    using both brushes and garden sprayers to apply the water sealer.  Work clothes
    are recommended.  Please notify Steve if you are interested in helping with this
    project.
