Activity registrations are not always required but they are GREATLY
appreciated. They assist in planning for transportation and chaperone
requirements. If you are planning to attend a scheduled activity, just complete
the following form and click submit. You will be contacted if there is any
further information needed. Thanks!
For any event requiring travel, those planning to attend must have a completed
and up to date PMR on file. The PMR is an annual permission and medical
release form dated from June through May of the next year. If you have any
question as to whether or not you have a PMR on file, please contact the
